The Tenant Association assigned their rights under the District of Columbia’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) to Embolden to purchase the building. The Bobbi was acquired in May 2023 by Embolden Real Estate and The NHPF Foundation with an acquisition loan from Capital Impact Partners and grant support from the Amazon Housing Fund. 

The building boasts 23 units with ten patios and seven onsite parking spots. It is between two metro stations and offers an abundance of neighborhood amenities.
